one small chicken caesar salad (approx 2 cups lettuce & small chicken breast) sprinkled with fresh parmesan cheese
about 8 cucumber slices with 1 oz or sour cream and onions
snack = 1 oz cream cheese & 12 oz decaf coffee with tbsp heavy cream
