Ok. So I am on day 8 of induction and lost 7lbs this week 
I went to 1/2 price books today to get a copy of the DANDR. I ended up buying the only one they had. But it doesnt look like the book on the link from here. Mine is a Red cover not white and at the top in yellow it says Completely Updated!! The Must-Have Edition
It does say Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution with his pic on it
I looked at the copy right in the cover and it does say 2002
So is this the right Book? the one you all follow on the board ?
