    Mornin All...

    Day 5 and 4.4lb down! Feeling good and excited it's Friday!

    Worried though as on a Friday my partners 3 kids come over and the house is full of chocolate, donuts, crisps and Saturday morning pancakes with maple syrup!

    I feel really strong but I am concerned!
    Just cancelled out of my regular Friday Curry Club lunch and told all my girlfriends that losing weight is more important to me than eating a Thai Green Curry.

    Make yourself some fabulous food and you won't need to worry - and the rest of them will be jealous...just be prepared!
