So, I've read a lot of past posts about mayo and the sugar and carbs. My mayo said no carbs on the label. SO do I go with that and count as 0 carbs or are there hidden carbs? Trying to sort it all out...

Re: Induction Day 1, Mayo question
Mayonnaise will have 'some' carbs as it is made with eggs and maybe other stuff which do have carbs in them, but the manufacturer is allowed to say 'zero' in USA and some other countries if it has less than 0.5 carbs per serving - and of course they decide how small that serving is
In Uk they have to give the info for either 100gr or 100ml and so we can work out more easily how many actual carbs are in one spoonful.
In UK Hellman's mayo has 0.2 carbs per tablespoon.Last edited by Elizellen; April 16, 2010, 02:25 PM.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
