  • AH! Am I sure I'm Doing This Right?

    Hi everyone! Can I REALLY have unlimited amounts of protein? I mean, for example, Tilapia?

    (Don't worry, I'm also getting my 12-15 net carbs of vegetables!)
    I know I'm supposed to have 4-6 ounces of protein with each meal. But what if I have more than that? Tilapia has no carbs and I'm craving it!

    Yes - with one caveat - you can only eat when you are hungry. As long as you are hungry, you can have as much meat/fish as you want/need. Enjoy

      Don't forget that the Atkins plan is high fat, not high protein. Overeating protein can interfere with fat burning.
