>>hat pre-made taco spice do you prefer to use?>>
I don't know of any pre-made one that's Atkins friendly, so I make my own:
Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes
I do not use the xanathan gum.
As to what I put in it: tomatoes, black olives, avocado, lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa if you want more kick.J.

Re: Induction friendly taco salad ideas?!
If you have any King Soopers/Krogers about, check the Mexican spice section of the store (usually in the ethnic food section) for their spicy taco mix. The spices are all natural and wonderful and are sold in a clear packet with a paper top, and usually hanging from a hook. A little goes a long way. (I use no more than 2 Tbsp per pound of meat).
Of course, I like to have my taco salad in a crisp taco bowl (recipe and pictures at link) made with fresh, shredded zucchini!

Re: Induction friendly taco salad ideas?!
I also use Linda's Taco Seasoning - I make a bunch & keep a jar of it around. I make my taco salad with lettuce, tomato, avocado, peppers, olives, onion, salsa, sour cream & shredded cheddar. mmm

Don't forget the broccoli. I used to be exclusive with my vegi's in taco salad, lettuce, tomato....etc....now I put in everything but the kitchen sink(that would be low in carbs though) broccoli and cauliflower go awesome in it.35, 5'10 1/2
