        OMG! Im frusterated now, it says no Sugars and then the ingredients it says Sugar?????

          940 calories isn't enough. You should be eating around 2000. A "rule of thumb" that works for many is to eat 10-12 times your current body weight in calories.

          You have less that 12 net carbs ... the closer you are to 20 net, the more nutritionally sound your eating is.

          No eggs?

          You're undereating your vegetables.

          Did you put any salad dressing on your salad?

          You had 1/2 cup of mayonnaise yesterday?

          Your entry of "pickles" isn't really very specific ... dill, sweet? The more accurate you are with Fitday, the better.

          How much water are you drinking?

              What you have to know is that the nutritional label (the one with all the numbers) is the least reliable source of information you have (unless you're in the UK or EU).

              They "round" ... so a product/food can have "sugar" and if the carb count is less than 0.5 carbs, the label can say 0. Doesn't make it true.

                I cant eat eggs, I have a stomache sensitivity to them. Im not sure how I am undereating my veggies, I thought I was eating almost to much. Everything I thought about this WOE is being thrown out the window. Im gonna have to go read the book again...... Thanks for letting me know

                  You should have some vegetables here.

                  Why not divide the cream cheese up and have 2 celery sticks.

                  >> Snack: 2 oz of cream cheese with 2 sweetener and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract>>

                  Make your snack something that's not so "sweet". You're not going to get rid of your cravings with this.

                      Courtney it was not bad.
                      I don't see you list the mayo in your fitday.
                      You may want to add some dressing to your veggies or olivie oil with vinegar or butter that would help you get the fat up a bit and to get the calories up.

                        Well done on trying to work out how to use fitday to get a handle on your nutrients and numbers, Courtney

                        It does get easier, honest

                        The '20 net carbs' is a maximum for induction, not an exact requirement and though it is good to 'use up' as many of them as you can, if you just are not hungry enough one day to eat 20 it is not the end of the world.

                        Just concentrate on getting your 3 cups of vegetables from nutritious ones from the 2 lists so you can maximise your net carbs from vegetables, getting 'most' of however many you are eating from your veg and I am sure you will do fine.

                        I remember previously you had problems eating eggs, which is a shame as some of us find them a quick easy addition to our snack menus, which supply lots of goodness and are a highfat/medium protein ingredient in other meals to help our ratios.

                        Can you eat them hidden in dishes like quiches? I find a crustless quiche is an easy way to get fat/protein and vegetable carbs in so often make one to have for grab'n'go snacks.
