Just a quick question really. I was just wondering what sort of things can stall you on this woe? I read all these other thread and people are losing lots of weight in the first week even and i don;t feel like I have lost anything! Any input will be good praps I am doing something wrong...

read the book so you know what you can and can't have during induction.
measure your veggies and count all your carbs using a carb counter even the ones in your spices and herbs, eggs cheese and drinks other then water.
do the plan as written which means exercise is mandatory.
skip the franken foods ( those would be any thing with a net effect carb count box on the package)by the book atkinseer

Thanks 2big I have read the book and measure my veggies I have cup measures especially
.... I note down the carbs in everything I eat also. The only thing I can't do much of is exercise as I have so much weight to lose and I am quite constipated which I am trying to fix. When you say fraken foods what sort of things are they?

for low carbers that would be bars shakes candy things that have an extra label on them that says net effective carbs and it is way less then total minus fiber ofr US labels.
excerise can be as simple as walking more then you did when you started. You will be amazed at how fast your endurance improves and your joints feel. I walked from 300+ pounds all the way to goal weight and I still do walking as my aerobic exercise.by the book atkinseer
