I'm having a hard time not being picky about the vegetable selection. I never really ate vegetables unless it was salad. The only things I kind of like is lettuce, green beans and brocolli and that's all I've ate. Can anyone suggest other veggies, and how what can I do to make them better for my taste?

There's over 50 of them on the Induction food list. Start trying them.
If you don't know what they are, look them up in Wikipedia ... if you need recipes, try Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Side Dish Recipes
Not everyone tastes things the same way, so you have to find what works for you.
Vegetables in soups are also good.

I dont like cauliflower very well... But I sauted 1 cup with 1tsp butter
1 oz of mozzerella cheese and a sprinkle of pepper.
It was delicious...
I also started sauteing frozen peppers and onions and mushrooms in olive oil or butter... Then adding 2 eggs... It is also very good...
I use to eat.. Potatos and corn... both Big no no's....
some lettuce and tomatoes.... But I am really expanding my taste buds now.5'8" 38 years old Atkins start date 4-8-2010

I am not a veggie fan, so I mask them in my recipes! If you check this list of recipes, you'll find new and inventive ways to use veggies like jicama, zucchini and cauliflower, even if you're not a veggie fan! Most of the recipes are induction friendly, too.

One of my favorite recipes from Linda Sue is her cabbage roll pie. It has a ton of veggies in it but they don't taste like veggies (to me anyways LOL). I cut down on the prep time by buying the angel hair shredded cabbage (for coleslaw).
I would definitely check out some of the recipes that the others posted. Veggies are very tasty when mixed with other foods and you might find that more appealing than just a pile of some veg on your plate.
