  • Day 12 and loving it!!!!!!!

    Well I'm on day 12 now The past few days I've been feeling great.
    I weighed my self on day 3 at 268. today I weighed myself and I'm down to 260!!!!!! What's more I'm not missing any of the sugars in food. I'm Not having to fight myself over cake or candy. I'm trying to get to 215 or 220, Do you think I should stay in this phase or move on to phase 2?? And can anyone tell me if they tried George Stella's Cookbook???

    You should read chapters 12 and 13 in your book. That will help you answer the question as to whether or not you should move to OWL.

    I'm not a fan of staying on Induction too long, but the choice is yours.
