Last night I had some hidden carbs and as a result I've been hungrier than usual today. I've spent the last 30 minutes just reading recipes and fighting temptation. I havent fallen out of ketosis as of yet and ate a clean diet today. I'd just like to know from others' experience how long this residual hunger/craving lasts after a carb excess? I can handle physical hunger fine and i actually love to go to bed feeling a little hungry. I just can't handle mental hunger and dread going to bed with cravings.
