I think I might be eating too many vegies.
For breakfast I have 2 eggs with 1 tbl of chopped onion , 6 sliced mushrooms, and a tbl of cook veg from night before, ie asparagus, broccoli. 1 oz of cheese
For lunch I eat either tuna or hambuger with a cereal bowl size salad of romaine, with 10 baby spinach leaves, 1 slice of small tomato, I thin slice of raw small onion,6 slices of mushrooms, 4 cucumber slices. tbl of blue cheese crumbles.
For dinner I have either chicken, shrimp, beef. with a small romaine salad, with 1 slice of raw onion. 1 med sized purple cabbage leaf. And 1/2 cup cooked asparagus, broccoli.
Is this too much? I love my vegies and can't wait for owl 1 . I'm using butter and oo and full fat blue cheese dressing. I am drinking over 100oz of water daily, along with 2 cups of black coffee in the am. I just feel I'm not loosing fast enough. Yesterday was day seven and only 3 lbs down, but I have lost inches, which is a good thing!!
