How do I get one of the weight loss tickers? And how can I pick the one I want? Everyone has such cute tickers, and I imagine it is a huge motivator to be able to move yours, so I want to get one for myself. Someone please let me know. Thanks!
just click on someone's ticker at the bottom, or go to tickerfactory.com, and you can make one from there. And then take it and post the URL onto your profile and voohla. There you go, good luck and happy weight loss to you
