    step away from the scale

I'd just like to add that it sounds like you are doing very well when it comes to your menu. But I would stop weighing yourself so much.

Atkins is designed to help you make permanent lasting changes -
so there will be times when the weight loss is slower, and that doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong or that the WOE isn't working.

I would not get on the scale more than once every 2 weeks or even monthly. Give your body the time it needs to adjust to this new WOL.
Suffering is necessary until you realize it is unnecessary. Eckhart Tolle

As tabekat has said - try not to weigh too often.
If your weighing figures upset you then don't set yourself up for disappointment and set maybe a monthly interval for this.
Have you read the sticky on this forum called 'weightloss is not linear'

It might allay some doubts. :hug
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Yes, I know, I'm a slave to the scale! It would be sooo hard not to step on that thing everyday. The main reason I'm so obsessed with it is because I'm afraid that I'll do something to hurt my weight loss and I won't know about it unless I get on that scale. But as long as I stay with it to a "t", I shouldn't feel the need to get on so often...but I still do. I'm so afraid of gaining and not realizing it. I think I will make that my goal...to only weigh once a week...on Monday mornings.

As for the hotdogs, the ONLY hotdogs I'll eat are Nathan's because they are all beef and the lowest I can find in carbs. Are they still bad?? Everything else I eat as far as meat goes isn't processed so I figured the hotdogs should be ok. What does everyone else think??

Yes, I did already the sticky about weight isn't linear. I read it yesterday and was actually thinking, DANG I weigh myself tooooo much!! lol.
