    Induction Friendly Atkins Pancakes

    Hi all

Is there a recipe for Induction friendly pancakes?

I want to make a lasagne tonight and use pancakes as a substitute and wondering if there is an Induction friendly recipe.

Seem to remember seeing one somewhere that included eggs and cream but can't find it.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks
    Anita

you can make noodles using cleochatra's cauliflower recipe from her blog.
therer is a flax pancake and an egg bread recipe you could use. or you could use thin slices zuchinni or eggplant as your noodles.

I make thin one-egg omelettes and use them for noodles or for layers in a lasagne.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
