I am new to this and when I see in the list of allowed veggies 2 cups of mushrooms ..what does it mean in terms of grams ?
can it be fresh mushroom ?
1 cup of lettuce ?
is it 50g, 100g ?
please help.
we don't have the concept of cup here where I live.

I use FitDay PC (and even on the online FitDay) where the info is often a truncated view because of the column widths in the food log. This makes it so much easier to find certain foods for me...and it is so quick too. Thanks!
