How much water are you getting in? Sometimes our bodies mistake thirst for hunger, so I would try drinking a glass or two of water and see what happens, if youre still hungry then eat. Just dont pig out. Stop when youre satisfied. Some people say you shouldnt eat after 5 because you dont burn those calories or whatever, but I think this is a myth. Eat when you are hungry to keep your metabolism going. Atkins isnt about starving yourself and you burn calories no matter what you do.

Also, Im not really sure if you should be watching calories during induction. I think it says so in the book if im not mistaken. If you are eating 20 carbs or less(from the list of course), youre most likely not over doing it on the calories. If you notice, normally high carb foods carry all the calories. Its pretty hard to over do the calories on induction. When you start OWL, and start upping the carbs, and losing more weight then I would start paying more attention to the calories, but for now I wouldnt worry about them.

You should never go more than 6 waking hours without eating something. You need to keep your blood sugar levels steady.

So if you're work schedule is such that you eat dinner at 5 PM and work until midnight, then you need to have a snack during that stretch of time.'

Cheese sticks, tuna salad, etc. will be great snacks because they are combinations of fat and protein.
