  • So happy!!

    Hello Everyone!
My Hubby and I started induction on 4/09/10. I will have to admit I was very skeptical every time we ate, it just didn't seem right that we could eat all this delicious of food and lose weight. Well I am a believer, I am happy to report that I have lost 15 lbs. and my Hub is down 10 lbs. This is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He is already going to start OWL, I have lots more to lose so I am staying on induction for another month. I will say that the weight loss has slowed which I am actually happy about. Hopefully it will stay off this time
I am so thankful for this site, I have learned so much from all of you!
    THANK YOU!

    Re: So happy!!

    Welcome to ADBB!

Congratulations on the loss so far!

Staying on Induction because you have a lot to lose might not be the best plan.

Since your weight loss has already slowed, adding the extra 5 net carbs of vegetables (OWL 1) might help.

If weight loss slows, some people get scared to move to OWL, thinking it won't work for them. Most of your weight should be lost on OWL. Induction is about getting your body ready to do the work of losing!

You know I was thinking it will be much easier for Hubby and I to kinda be on the same page with OWL, maybe I'll go forward then.
