I wanted to see if this is okay on induction - 1 packet of splenda, a little cream cheese and a squirt of lemon mixed together. It does the trick for me and hope it's ok. Thank you!

Re: Sweet Tooth
All three ingredients you have mentioned here are on the induction lost.Originally posted by Kathlyn1976I wanted to see if this is okay on induction - 1 packet of splenda, a little cream cheese and a squirt of lemon mixed together. It does the trick for me and hope it's ok. Thank you!
You didn't mention how often you eat this mixture, or how much is a little cream cheese.
On induction be sure and not go over the daily limited amounts of these three foods. and be sure and count the carbs, each one of these foods have carbs.
What foods can be eaten on Induction.
You will get your answers of the amounts you can consume daily at this link, located in the FAQ section.

Thanks Becky Sue. A "little" is a scoop - like the scoop of ice cream I used to eat after dinner. I thought this would be a good replacement. Maybe I'll try the mock danish some evening also. Thank you for your help! :eatingStarting weight: 140.5

for induction you would be better off using the recognised measures of 'cup' or 'spoons' so you are sure of exact amounts for working out carb counts etc.Originally posted by Kathlyn1976A "little" is a scoop - like the scoop of ice cream I used to eat after dinner.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
