I am very glad to see some of the recent success stories going on here.
Very proud of everyone. Today I just weighed in (a little early-ish) for my one week into induction. Mind you, I couldn't believe it. When I weighed in, I used 3 different digital scales because I'm always afraid my weight will cause the scales to not read accurately. All 3 scales said 376 (or some variation.. 375.5.. maybe 376.4) when I started. Weighed in today this morning.. After scale number one I had had had to go use the other 2 scales. I was weighing in at 360
.. Down 16 pounds.. I know a lot of that is water weight loss but I was still ecstatic. It went to show that my week of self control, eating plenty of food (never hungry haha and loved it) and just following strict guidelines for myself doing it and going to the gym really paid off in week one and defintely inspires me to keep going. I know things will slow down for sure but wow.. I'm very pleased with week 1.
Eating the right stuff, drinking tons of water (my skin is looking great by the way), and exercise is doing my body well. I finally feel like I have some energy. Woot! SO for those of you who can't quite SEE it on you yet (I haave people saying they see it without me mentioning but I CAN'T lol), it'll show as long as you do it right
. Eeek so cool!
This forum is great. Thanks so much to everyone's support here and everyone in induction starting out, keep it up!
