    too much protein?

    is it possible to eat too much meat on induction

    Yes, it is. That being said, you should do as Dr. Atkins advised, "eat until you're satisfied, not stuffed".

    If you make the vegetables the star of the meal, you're not likely to overeat on meat.

      alot but im only eating till im full i dont see the problem in that

              7 days of just water??

              .. I don't see how thats healthy.
              you'd gain all it back and then slowly and safely lose like everyone else.

                  I read the book and still did not get how much protein to have. I realized I was over doing it when I reread part of the book. I did not realize to much protein can turn to carbs not wanted. Now I use more moderation on my meat and have had better success on the program.

                      I think you should investigate some time into being healthy. Sounds like what you are trying is not really about eating healthy. It is worth it to find out what good nutrients can do for you.
