Are you drinking all your water?
So it can be bad to have too low of carbs too?
What if I ate 3081 calories today? Is that too much even though my fat/protein/carb ratio is still good? 66%/29%/5%
BTW, I'm about 5'3, small boned and 137. I need to get down to 115.

    Yes.

Atkins isn't about the ratios. It's what's behind the ratios that matter.

At 137 pounds, 3081 calories is probably too much for you (and you really should post exactly what you ate to get that some people that should be eating around 2000 calories can't figure out what to eat and your menu might be helpful). However, if it was just one day, it's not likely to be a problem.

        Re: JHo's food list

I have moved these posts into their own thread to avoid hijacking the other thread they were posted in.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Can you add quantities to that food list, JHo?

            Re: JHo's food list

There are several things from your list that are not Induction friendly~~

Atkins Day Break Chocolate Chip Crisp Bar
Kroger Kroger Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter
Breyers Carb Smart Chocolate Ice Cream

Atkins bars are a known staller for many people. Read the ingredient list & you will see it is not for Induction. Also the margarine has bad fats so eat real butter. Pre shredded cheese has potato starch to keep the cheese from clumping thus more carbs.

Have you read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution~2002 version? That is the book we follow. If you don't have a copy you should get one. Here is a list of acceptable foods~~
