Quick question i brought some edam cheese slices because they have nil carb / sugar in them im assuming these are ok on induction obviously not eating whole packet in one day lol.
Edam cheese is acceptable on Induction because it is an aged cheese.
The carbs are not quite zero. There is no cheese with no carbs. But yes, they are very low. The Edam cheese I usually buy lists <0.1 g of carbohydrate per 100 g.

The Edam I buy does not have nutrition info on the package (I buy cheapo from Lidl) but the USDA database which websites like fitday.com use for their source
lists 1.43 carbs per 100 grams, and 0.4 per ounce for Edam cheese (though Dr Atkins told us to count one net carb per ounce for induction
