one week of induction down, one to go. 6lbs gone and i'm feeling great!
so last night for dinner i made a marinade for my pork chops with soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, oil, peppercorns and garlic. i measured the soy and lemon juice (1tbsp per serving) and accounted for carbs. the taste was very lemony/savory (and delicious) but i noticed after eating it suddenly the evil cravings began! suddenly the smell of the food my husband was eating was distracting. i managed to stick to acceptable foods but found my self eating more calories for the day than usual. that hungry feeling had returned. 1800 calories has been the average since starting induction, i ate closer to 2100 for the day.
could it be the lemon juice? or just the very flavorful meal? what ever it was, i don't want to do it again!
