Apple juice and strawberry juice are not acceptable on Induction, so this drink isn't.

If you are looking for a different flavor, add some lemon juice (limited to 2-3 tbsp per day) or a slice of lemon to your water.

        Or have some tea.

With the apple juice in it that would make it a rung 7 (other fruits than berries) OWL addition when you get to that phase of your Atkins
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Tea is allowed. Dr. Atkins recommends decaf.

You can add cream to it, if you want.

It depends on the ingredients and amounts you use.

If you use only Induction ingredients and limit lime juice to 2-3 tbsp per day, it's okay.
