only one way to get back on track
Don't berate yourself - but do recognise this is serious - you may have knocked yourself out of ketosis...
If you stick to the rules of induction, your cravings for the wrong food will fade - you have to give yourself the chance to get past those cravings. Don't give in to them, no matter what. it will get easier in time.
If you keep eating sugar and carbs, you will stay addicted to sugar and carbs.
If you stay addicted to sugar and carbs, you will keep gaining weight,
because you are forcing your body to shunt fat it can't burn to storage.
If you force your body to keep shunting fat it can't burn to storage you risk diabetes, and an entire host of bodily ills.
If you stay addicted to sugar and carbs you will continue to be a slave to your cravings and you will never be free to enjoy the real you - the you
who can control her food choices.
So...please - the next time you desire something crunchy, eat some
jicama - or/and make a mock danish and eat that instead.
The only way to get back on track is to eat the foods on the approved food list and nothing else. Throw anything that isn't on that list out of your kitchen and out of your life. For now, cereal, honey, peanut butter - these foods are just poisen for you.

What was the snack you were eating that caused this overwhelming craving?Originally posted by Me'Shellso i was eating my snack, and then out of no where came this unstopable urge to eat something sweet and crunchy!
It may be a trigger food for you and therefore better left out of your menu plans :yikesWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
