I have made it through my 1st week. I weighed on Monday to my surprise I had lost 5 lbs. I have at least gotten the row type machine out of the garage (something you pull and the butt raises up). This is not an easy task.
Below is what I had on my first day.
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs - 3 bacon - 2 sausage patties - 6 slices of cucumbers
Snack - cheese stick
Lunch - 2 thighs - 2 cups of green salad - 2 caps of Italian dressing
Snack - cheese stick
Dinner - 3 wing - 2 cups green salad - 2 tbl Ranch dressing
Snack - cheese stick - 1 turkey weiner
About 92 oz. of water
What did I do wrong.
I am going cowboy camp out in two weeks. I don't know how I will survive. Any suggestions? I don't eat a lot of vegges.

Well done for getting through your first week of induction on plan, and for losing those 5 pounds
as long as you stuck to the 3-4 ounces limit for cheese and checked labels for no added sugars or starches.
