Sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere, I couldn't find an answer yet anyway.
I just finished the 1st week of induction which went really well - nearly 10 pounds down and I feel tons better!
However, in the long term, I'm not sure whether I'm getting enough fats. I had my gall bladder out just over a year ago but still get terrible pain if I eat dairy periods. Butter and cream leave me rolling round the floor in agony, ditto mayonnaise, and now I'm not numbing my body with carbs it's even more acute. Is lactose-free an option on Atkins? - just wondering if that might help.
The other problem is that I can't really make it up with oils - olive oil sends me dashing to the bathroom with acute diarrhoea (excuse the graphic description!)
Any suggestion on how I can make up the fat percentage?

I'm glad to know that the butter/cream/mayo thing isn't as much of a big deal as I thought it might be.
