It's been a while since I've posted here, but still working the diet plan.
I had really great success during the induction. Towards the end, my weight was stable at 214.
When I switched to owl, I wanted to play it safe, and just ate 4 cups of induction approved veggies, instead of 3.
I gained 3 pounds.
I traced back, and realized I made a few mistakes, mostly when eating out.
I ordered a Wendy's burger, and threw away the bun, but I still ate the ketchup and mustard that was on it. I had no idea that ketchup was so full of sugar, and carbs, until I looked it up later.
I also ordered a smoked chicken, and split it with my family. The skin was really tasty, and then I noticed it was covered in a bar-B-Q sauce.
I started being real careful, and trying to eat all my meals at home, and got back down to 214. But that was as low as I could get.
I tried increasing my exercise, cut out the cheese, salad dressing, and even started skipping breakfast. But I just wasn't loosing.
So, I went back to 3 cups of veggies, per day, and started loosing again.
I'm down to 210 now, and feeling good.
Just wondering, how long can a person stay on induction?
