Hello, I am currently in the induction phase (week 2). I think I may have been doing the salad & vegetable part wrong, although I have been losing weight.
I eat about 2 1/2 cups of salad a day, and celery as a snack throughout the day (1/2 cup). Am I getting enough of the carbs? Aren't most of them supposed to come from vegetables?
Also, do you think you could give me a sample of what you eat to fill up your three cups of vegetables while also getting all your necessary carbs (at least 11 from vegetables, right?)
