      Hi Trimnfit2be :wave

Again, welcome to both Atkins and the board.

Back 4/22 when you posted the same menu you have posted here I thought you received some excellent feedback and suggestions.

Add more variety of veggies, don't skip lunch and drink your water. Speaking of water I'm sure you meant to say you had consumed perhaps 24 ounces of water this morning as opposed to the entire minimum daily requirement of 64 ounces - well maybe you were just awfully thirsty!

You might want to post your entire menu for the day and evening, including snacks in the "Review My Menu Forum" right here on ADBB.

You should also look into www.fitday.com many members swear by it.

By just looking around this Board I'm sure you've seen some stunning, jaw dropping examples of how effective Atkins can be. Many people here have lost 25...50..100..200 pounds and absolutely reinvented themselves - all you need is determination to do it right and you'll succeed.

Make sure you have the most recent copy of "Dr Atkins New Diet revolution". Keep reading it, use it as your guide and reference and remember without the book - failure is 100% Guaranteed.

Avoid any pitfalls from the start, reading the book, printing out the list of acceptable foods on Induction, hit the market and stock up on all the wonderful foods that are available to you during this phase of Atkins, and plan ahead so they're always available to you.

You'll find warm, non judgmental support here, 24/7 365 days a year by people who believe in Atkins, themselves and - you.

      Welcome!

      Peter ha

And you need another minimum of 24 ounces for your 'plus at least 8 ounces for every 25 pounds you want to lose' plus extra to replenish what you lose while exercising. :yes

You might do better pacing your water throughout the day.

You seem to be missing one cup of salad veggies too!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
