Ok so y nitrate free Bacon? What if its last on the list of ingredients? Cuz last time I bought it itwas on sale. But not anymore and its 6 bucks which is too much. I wanted to just buy some at Costco if I can but I am sure it has nitrate

Nitrites/nitrates will not affect your weight loss. Dr. Atkins' was concerned that they might be carcinogens (well, he actually said they are... but from what I've read, I'm not convinced that's necessarily true).
