    So I started ATKINS INDUCTION which I will do for 21 days, 3 weeks. I started it at 1:36 today so haha this morning I scarfed down chocolate chip pancakes.
    I really need to pat down and lookse weight my starting is 140 and i want to get to 121.
    Well anyays I need all the support I can so hopefully I shall get it. THanks and have a good day.

    So far I had some thinly sliced turkey
    two slices of jalepeno cheese
    some chilie without beans.

    hey sunit!
    you may want to start your journaling in the journal section. you will get feedback and you can come look see around this place for information. i think this is mostly for specifics. journals are a place to keep your progress with eating and excerise and life in general.

      Getting started

      Hi Sunit - welcome. :wave

      There is a sticky on this forum that you can print out that gives you a nice little copy of the acceptable foods list. Carry it next to your heart and never stray from it.

      This inofrmation is also available online:


      It depends on the recipe, but most chile, especially canned chile, isn't an induction friendly food, with or without the beans. One benefit of induction is learning to avoid over-processed foods.

      Certainly frankenchip pancakes will not get you off to a good start. I'm thinking you need to read the 2002 DANDR immediately so that you can understand why these foods will prevent you from reaching your weight loss goals.
