Restarted Atkins after cheating in Vegas......day 5

Well Im in the induction flu part, this sucks. I feel like crap, Im tired and have leg pains, cant wait til this is over. I did Atkins for 4 months before going to Vegas and lost 20lbs, but cheated while in Vegas so Im starting over again. Cant wait to feel good again :joy

Well its day 7 now and I feel ALOT better AND I lost about 5lbs!!!!!!!!
