    Ok. So im going to Burger King or Mc donalds...I can have one cup of veggies from the salad..lettuce group and i dont want more cheese. calories are at about 1000 today. I need dinner..i don't trust these fast food sugars....and extra additives..unless u know somewhere and some items that don't have many..like...I want the least carbs in a salad dressing and salad...and no sugar on chicken. help please.

    breakfast: 2 eggs w/ american cheese slice
    lunch: meat patty w/ swiss cheese and 1 cup lettuce and caesar dressin
    snack: meat patty
    snack: one cup lettuce w/ peppercorn dressing
    dinner: help

    I want the least carbs in a salad dressing and salad...and no sugar on chicken
    You need to say just that to the serving staff when you order it.
    You know what salad veggies are allowed from your acceptable foods list so if the salad comes with carrots or croutons just pick them out and don't eat them.
    Perhaps take a small container of your favourite legal dressing in your pocket so you are not tempted to eat theirs.

    There is a sticky at the beginning of this forum with the websites of lots of the fastfood outlets where they show the nutrition info so you can work out in advance which option would be best for you to order
