Feelin' a little woozy today... I just threw out a whole bunch of bread and stuff yesterday, then went on a big shopping trip. I think I am all set. Here are my vital stats:
Age - 31
Height - 6 foot three
Weight - 260
Fitness - runner, cycler (approximately 3-5 times per week)
Weight history - I've basically slowly gained weight since college (I used to weigh around 210-220 back in my early college years, still a little overweight back then), which accelerated rapidly over the past year and a half as I started a stressful period of advanced graduate training to complete my Ph.D. degree... being away from the wife has been very stressful.
Emotional eating(?)- YES! Mostly I emotionally eat by eating things like french fries, onion rings, chips, even huge stacks of saltines, and lately I've been gobbling candy bars, all of this frequently in combination with copious amounts of beer.
My goal- To weight around 200 pounds. My main thing is I have a couple of pairs of pants and a pair of hip denim shorts that I was able to fit into approximately a year ago, now I'm too fat for it. This *will* change.
Thanks for listening y'all.
