  • Subway Question

Ok. I just started today and I didn't bring lunch in with me and I was thinking of going to subway and getting a tuna salad. Is this ok? :help

I think we have the link to the Subway's nutrition guide in the sticky above called "Fast Food Nutrition Guides". Take a look there to see what's in that tuna salad and how many carbs are in it.

I did and it is 7 net carbs but i was just wondering if this was safe for induction. I love this salad and could probably eat it 4 times a week and was just wondering if that might hurt?

It depends what the ingredients are. If it contains something not on the Induction Acceptable Foods list, then it's not appropriate no matter what the carb count is.

I don't eat at Subway or other fast food places, so I can't tell you if the ingredients used in the salad are okay or not. You can always ask them what's in the salad and then compare it to the Acceptable Foods list to see if it is legal.

Subway uses reduced fat mayo. The mayo will contain sugar.
