    I forgot to write this last night.

    You might hear from people that caffeine will help you burn fat. Well, that's true and false. I looked up the studies that showed this and according to these studies, caffeine will help "burn fat" IF you take it 15 to 20 minutes before vigorous exercise. If you don't exercise vigorously after drinking it, it won't burn your fat.

      BAD CAFFEINE WITHDRAWALS TODAY

      This was my first day caffeine-free.... in years. Headache, malaise, etc. Stinks.

      At about 12:30pm today I self-medicated with a cup of decaf with a couple dollops of cream and a packet of Sweet 'n' Low dumped in it. I also washed down a couple of aspirin for the headache. Yes, I counted the 1.5 carbs the 12 ounce cup of decaf added....

      This caffeine thing is definitely the hardest part about this. :bang

      BTW I had my first real sugar craving earlier today (which is probably why I went for the Sweet 'n' Low in the decaf)... I was walking by the snack bar at work, and they had just set out a couple of plates of freshly baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies.... man those smell good. I had a flash that I wanted three of those f*****s with a cup of full-octane coffee... then I shook it off. :nono
