    is italian salad dressing a big NO?

    i can't stand vinegar-mixed-with-whatever salad dressing.
    what salad dressing is okay to eat during induction?

      as long as the ingredients are on the acceptable foods list you can eat it.

          Blue cheese and ranch are 2 of my favorites and both come without added sugar

              I can't stand ranch, but I have blue cheese on everything. I have found Italian dressings that are 0 or 1 carb per serving. They are okay adn if you look around, you'll definitely find them.

              So, NO, it is not a big NO. Just find the right one! :yes
