I am sure you know what I am going to say Laurenad - it is all in the book :yes
But to answer your question here is the relevant paragraph from DANDR's list of acceptable foods
These are the foods you may eat liberally during Induction:
all fish, all fowl, all shellfish, all meat, all eggs

*Oysters and mussels are higher in carbs than other shellfish, so limit them to four ounces per day.

**Processed meats, such as ham, bacon, pepperoni, salami, hot dogs and other luncheon meats and some fish may be cured with added sugar and will contribute carbs. Try to avoid meat and fish products cured with nitrates, which are known carcinogens. Also beware of products that are not exclusively meat, fish or fowl, such as imitation fish, meatloaf and breaded foods. Finally, do not consume more than four ounces of organ meats a day.
As to sauces - make sure all ingredients in any sauces are on the list - no starches, flours etc. Better to use just plain non-sugar mayonnaise if you can't find out what the sauce contains.

If you are cooking for yourself you could microwave chopped peppers or onions in butter then mash or puree it and add some cream and /or cheese to make a sauce and heat in the microwave. Almost any cooked veggies can be used this way.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check and see what the ingredients in the Hollandaise are. Your basic Hollandaise is usually made out of induction-safe foods, but like with any other food you get at a restaurant, you just never know. If you are making it at home though, it is definately do-able. Just make it from scratch, and not one of those packets!

      Good Luck!
