that this is the best way for me to lose weight? I go back and forth between this and low-fat, but the problem is I never actually start the plan. I lost a bunch of weight a couple of years ago w/ low-fat and heavy exercise. However, I am trying to lose as much weight as possible for a wedding I have to be in in June, and I know that Atkins is the answer. How can I make myself stick to it??
