    Okay this will be day 1 for me.. Here I go 1,2,3,Jump.. lolllll.. This morning i will try to eat bacon and eggs.. I am not very use to eating very much so this will be a change. My starting weight is 147 at 5 foot 7. I want to get down to 130. I know my body will probably react funny at first for i am use to starving myself and that mite cause a reaction.. Well you guys know that more than I do. Well good morning world this is the first day of the rest of my life... :joy

      You will love atkins. It will give you so much energy, you'll feel better than you ever have before

      If you haven't yet, be sure to pick up a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition. Its the book we all go by and it is very important to have. It explains the HOWS and WHYS of how this way of eating works. Plus you'll want the manual to this way of life.

        Good luck, and remember when ever you may have a bad craving and you cant think of anything to do but eat that garbage, drink your water and come here. People have helped me out on my cravings a few times since I started on the 16th. Hope you keep us posted!
