I was starting to feel a little overwhelmed at all the weight I have to lose. So I decided to do mini goals like some of the others. I'm setting my first one at 30 lbs. I think this will make it alot easier for me to see the light! :yikes

There is a well known saying.
"The best way to eat an elephant is to break it down into little pieces".
Meaning the best way to get through big jobs / challenges is to have little goals instead of one big one.
Its a saying I live by.
I hope it helps you.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I think mini goals are the way to go... If you set a goal that entails a big number it will cause some to be depressed about it (atleast it does to me).. Me thinking I only have to lose 20 pounds is alot better than thinking everyday I have to lose 80. Of course, never lose sight of the big picture and what your ultimate goal is..

I do mini-goals with mini-rewards (non food rewards like clothes, jewelry, etc.)
