This is weird. I checked the scale again today (again, I know I shouldn't have), and I dropped another pound!

What the **** is going on? Thats four pounds in six days.... if this keeps up, I will have easily lost over 10% of my goal weight in merely two weeks. Wow. I know thats not to be unexpected, but its really freaky. Maybe its just a fluctuation?

          :confused

Congrats on all the success!! Your losses are fantastic. Keep up what you are doing and they could continue all the way through Induction. Even if they don't keep up a pound loss per day, you certainly have progressed and learned a new WOE. Good job!

PS I would start measuring myself too now if you haven't. Inches lost are as cool as pounds lost.

From what I understand, you can expect to lost 10% of your excess weight during the two week induction period. I lost 11 lbs the first 2 weeks. If that was 10% for me I'm not sure I want to be 5'7/130!

congrats!! I'm in there with you... because I kinda STARTED the thing on the 21st.. but didn't REALLY begin until Friday, 22, ... and today .. the 29th.. I'm down 10 pounds...

(part of that was water weight I would have lost even without any diet ... you know.. that TOM thing)...

I realize this pace won't continue.. but I'm loving it while it lasts!!

Great results! Just remember the weight loss will slow down. But isn't it exciting when the weight is just dropping off at the beginning.

                    WOO HOO!!!
