well I have been on induction for almost 3 weeks and I lost 15lbs, 86 more to go to get to my goal of 150, My only problem is my energy but that is from forgeting to eat, like yesterday all i had was a chicken breast and chef salad, wich isnt good for me to only eat that little, Im a compulsive over eater so I used to never forget to eat! I need to make some prepared snacks like I did yesterday all the time, I had chicken breast cubes to snack on, how ever I only like it when its fried in lots of canola oil, is that bad? :wave

Yes, you must eat something at least every 6 hours .. I know its tough to remember when you don't feel hungry, but trust me, the Good Doc knew what he was talking about. You want to avoid those blood sugar drops that come from going too long without food.

actuaslly Atkins is a ketogenic food plan so you want 65% of your cals to be fats so frying naked chicken or chicken coated in parmegean cheese or porkrinds is a great food to have.
