    Congrats! Wow!

So, are you onto OWL or are you going to stick with Induction? I've done a week and I'm wondering how that's going to work for me already (yes, I want bigger salads, and I really am looking forward to chomping some smoked almonds).

    Anyways, that's great! :icondance

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I will stay on extended induction, because I have like 150 to loose. If I can give you some advice about induction....try your hardest to get past your cravings, just think of them as speed bumps you gotta jump over, and once you jump em they are in your past! I had like two really bad nights where I felt like i was a crack addict, but I got past em. What was strange was they werent in the beginning of induction they were in the beginning of the second week. But I got on the ha and FOUND someone to chat with, and we talked and talked and talked, and after some talking and hella water, I was over it. This board really works, take advantage of it. I think we are all so honest because alot of people are at the end of their options, an because it is free, I think if they charged for this people would be selling experiences rather then being upfront and honest. Hope you do well to!!!

Thanks for everyones support, I really couldnt have done it with out the ha !
