    New to board

Hi all, I am new to this board and I am going to be starting the Atkins plan once again. I was on it before, but after about 6 days, I felt too sick and weak to continue on. I have read several messages, and realized that it was my body getting rid of the sugars, and that it is very common. I am going to give it another try!

    welcome!

Sometimes this can be hard. Once you get past the frist week or so it is so wonderful. You will feel better then you have ever felt before in your life.

Make sure you are drinking lost of water, that will help with the induction flu.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
