Well, I am back. After 2 months of being on then off then on, then off the Atkins - I AM OFFICIALLY BACK ON IT!!! FOR REAL!!!
Have been back on it for a week, but whilst I was faffing around, I managed to maintain my weightloss from when I was "on it"! Great news, huh?
So now I find that I have to buy my wedding dress now, because it's on sale as its being discontinued... I still have 9 and a half months til my wedding though! I think that's plenty of time to do some serious weight loss!!!
Have started going to the gym 5 nights a week, walking/jogging 2 miles each time. Am drinking all my water, and waking up practically paralysed by my need to pee! Haha!!!
BUT, I have noticed that my bottom is getting more wobbly, and that the tops of my arms are beginning to form wings - I am only 22! I dont want them! Is anyone doing any excercises that will prevent this from happening, or at least help tone them up?
