Jade, here. Well, my first day on program was wonderful! It was a cold, crisp morning here in the heartland! (I'm in Nebraska). I had a plate full of bacon and eggs along with a nice cup of hot decaf tea sweetened w/Splenda.
For lunch I had a German favorite: Brats w/saurkraut! It all tasted so good!
For supper I had a large (2 cups) salad that contained spinach/Romaine lettuce, a few grape tomatoes, a radish some green onion plus an ounce of cheddar cheese topped with Bleu cheese dressing! Delish!
Question for the vets: Do you count sugarless gum 1 carb and Splenda packets 1 carb? That's what I did.
Finishing up my water. I feel wonderful. I ended the day by walking my dog for 30 minutes to get my exercise in!
I'm boiling eggs right now to have ready for tomorrow. Will use them in my salad and make up some deviled eggs.
