    :yikes is this normal.. i only went down 2 pounds.. okay okay i do only have 15 pounds to lose this may be it. but i feel my cloths are much looser. my body is changing but the weight is stagaring... today i start to do excersize.. i will walk my puppy 1/2 an hour each day,, okay i will not be running no maraton but its a start.
    Life is a horse.. When it throws you down you have to hop right back on.

    Actually you have done amazingly well :clapping
    most people lose between 5% and 10% of what they hope to lose in the whole 14 days :yikes
    You have already lost over 10% in only 5 days :joy

    Keep up the Atkins eating and do your exercise and I am sure you will be there in no time :hug

      Yes good work, however, you know you have to walk a puppy more then 30mins a day? Right.

        yep i know i have to walk the pup longer .

          Also you shouldn't weigh yourself every day
          in fact, during induction you should only weigh and measure yourself at the start and then again after the 14 days
          if you weigh every day you will end up very frustrated
          So apart from kicking the coffee, now you also have to kick the scale
